Dr. Chris Kempling delivered the address linked here on March 4, 2005 in New York City at a United Nations Commission on Human Rights Delegate Briefing.
None of this is surprising, but seeing this list of it all together (is it exhaustive?) is, well, chilling. It recounts case after case of new persecution of Canadian Christians mostly on the matter of homosexuality.
