In alleged violation of a new "Bubble zone" law designed to exempt public sidewalks near abortuaries from free speech protections, a student in this video prays--he is later arrested, as reported here by the Thomas More Society. I'm surprised that the City doesn't simply assess a bubble zone speech tax and fee--or better yet, why not sell the sidewalks to a private management company, then there'd be no question about public space and free speech!
Selling the sidewalk wouldn't work. Robbins v. Pruneyard, circa 1980 or so.
