"Amid national media blitz," charges again Joe Holland have been dropped. As long as we have freedom of information and free press, such travesties cannot remain hidden. Should such freedoms go, guys like Holland might be in prison. Even with them, the laws and regulations are getting more unfriendly. Just wait for the hate speech angle--isn't praying in certain circumstances already deemed by some as not primarily a religious act but an expressive social act with resented overtones? When the "some" include judges, watch out. It's hard not to view dropped charges as the a reflex of someone caught in an illicit act when someone turns on the lights, and says, "Hey!"
