I am curious if anyone has seen The Mill and the Cross, a film "based" on Pieter Bruegel's "Way to Calvary" painting. You never know how films with religious themes will turn out or what angles the makers take. The reviews indicate it is a stunning piece of filmmaking.

Based on the trailer, it looks to be at the very least a visually stunning film.

Three famous & accomplished actors & I did not recognize either of them. That's a good sign- that the work is transcending the performers.
