The Real Inequality in America is Not Acknowledged by the Mainstream
This article by David Paul Deavel at Acton Institute's Religion & Liberty blog highlights the inequality faced by children who lack an intact family--one-third of all children in the US today (and still rising?)
Why do people take Acton's heretical ideology seriously and give it airtime on supposedly Christian sites?

I didn't know anything about the Acton Institute, so I went to the website and read the "statement of core principles" listed there. While there is no reference to Jesus as Lord or Savior, it does seem to be a faith-based free-market site. It was heavy on the benefits of capitalism and light on its potential flaws if not illuminated by the faith, but in general, I was hard-put to find "heresy" there. Perhaps sdf could help me out by being more specific.

The Acton institute is not a heretical site. To say so is to defame an organization working hard to apply Christian principles in the market place. A priest friend once told me he didn't think you could be Christian and Republican. The Acton Institute advocates free market principles so some leftist Christians, like my priest friend, might think them heretical. I disagree of course.

Sdf, you're not one of those drive-by commenters who makes an unsupported allegation and then goes off to shoot another innocent bystander without responding to reasonable inquiries, are you?
Sdf? All I hear are crickets...
